	Pat Weber - President Pat has been involved in the real estate industry for more then 30 years in the Nanaimo, Parksville and Qualicum Beach areas. As a member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada and Real Estate Institute of BC, Pat is committed to providing accurate market evaluation and market information. Pats back ground training as a professional negotiator will benefit you in the acquisition or sale of your property. Pats knowledge of the rights of way, easements and government legislation provide additional service that encompasses all aspects of real estate.
	Dianna Rivard - President Elect Dianna was the first employee hired by Quality Foods over 25 years ago. As Executive Assistant to the Managing Partners, she is now an integral part of the QF family. Her responsibilities include researching, developing, and implementation of ideas and concepts that will impact the future direction of QF as well as the implementation of internal programs including Step Above, Q-Card and scholarships. In her spare time Dianna enjoys a round of golf or a walk with her dog.
	Po Wan - Past President Po Wan has served on the Board of Directors since 2006 and is currently President. She is a partner in Blackberry Creative, a full service design company. Po can be found hiking cycling, singing, skating drawing or gardening in her limited amount of spare time.
	Jason Moore - Treasurer Jason is a partner at McIntosh Norton Williams, CGA's and has worked in public practice in Qualicum Beach since 1999. He specializes in personal, corporate and trust tax planning and preparation, financial planning, auditing and business consulting. Jason moved to Qualicum Beach from Nanoose Bay in 2002 and continues to serve as treasurer of Nanoose Place.
	Michael Addiscott - Director Following a career in the UK that included the hospitality industry and retail sales Michael moved with his family to Vancouver Island where he now runs Outsider, The Outdoors Store. He is a qualified gym instructor, personal trainer and adult fitness coach. He recently became a Nordic Walking instructor and since his arrival in Qualicum Beach assists with the Middle School Bike Club. He cycled competitively at an international level from 1991 to 1993 and has cycle-toured throughout Europe. He now enjoys cycling to and from work on most days and with his family.
	Victoria Jackson - Director Victoria moved from the lower mainland to Qualicum Beach in 2003 to be Lifestyle Consultant to The Gardens at Qualicum Beach Retirement Community. Victoria loves her job working with seniors and has been involved in volunteer work for many years. Victoria has been a chamber member for 3 years and is delighted to be on the QB Board of Directors.
	York Langerfeld - Director York has been with TD Canada Trust for 28 years and Branch Manager in various branches for over 20 years. The latest being in Parksville for 8 years before opening the new Qualicum Beach branch in June, 2008. While working in the Interior he was active in the local Chamber and recognizes the importance this organization can have on a community. He was a Rotarian for many years and has been actively involved as a team manager and board member of various Minor Hockey associations. Happily married to Donna with 3 grown children, they enjoy the Oceanside area for the many recreational activities available, above and below sea level.
	Moira Hauk - Director Moira is the branch manager of the Qualicum Beach branch of Coastal Community Credit Union. Moira and her husband moved to the area in 2008 from Victoria when she took over the role as branch manager. Moira joined Coastal Community in 2007, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in the banking and Credit Union industries. Moira believes that through volunteerism we contribute to the increased well being of our communities. Moira is past co-chair of the housing affordability partnership, and was chair of the advisory committee of the regional housing trust fund, is a past Kiwanis member and past vice president of the Kiwanis Housing Society in Victoria. Moira and her husband are enjoying the recreational activities this area provides.
	Geoff Ball - Director Geoff moved to Vancouver Island from the Kootenays in the mid 90's to study Horticulture at then Malaspina University-College. He quickly fell in love with the Island and has lived here ever since. Geoff started working for Vancouver Island University's Milner Gardens and Woodland in 1998 as the Horticulture Supervisor and took on the role as Garden Director in 2006. Geoff represents the Chamber of Commerce on the Oceanside Tourism Board of Directors.
	Rusty J. Joerin - Director Rusty provides supply management consulting services to the institutional and public sector marketplace. Drawing on 29 years experience in retail and purchasing management, he retired as Purchasing Manager for Malaspina University-College (now VIU) in 2007 and set up his consulting business later the same year. Volunteer activities during his career include five years as President of Mid Island Wildlife Watch Society, former sponsors of the Brant Wildlife Festival, for which he also chaired the photography exhibit for eight years. He is a presently member of Arrowsmith Search and Rescue and is volunteering to develop an equipment management program for the Society. When not working at his business he can be found in the garden or walking a beach or riverbank with his camera in hand.
